Shearpower2Ewe is looking for a Main Office and Admin Worker / Site Assistant as our primary hire for the upcoming shearing season 2025, with options for extended work in yearly into 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030 and well-beyond.

We are a fully mobile shearing service operating within 350 kilometres of Sydney, covering the outer Sydney Basin and surrounding regional areas. We specialise in shearing sheep, goats and alpacas, as well as livestock handling and husbandry. We are ABN-registered and proud to have serviced over 2,700 clients since 2003.

MAIN ROLE: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR AND SITE ASSISTANT
Travel Required. Camp-Out Lifestyle. Diverse and Active Role.

Immediate Start – Willing to Train the Right Applicant

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on all-rounder who is just as comfortable managing admin tasks as rolling up their sleeves and helping out on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admin duties such as scheduling, emails, invoicing, and client communication

  • Assist in daily shearing operations, equipment preparation, and livestock handling

  • Perform data entry and use business software (Excel, mobile apps, etc.)

  • Manage logistics and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Work closely with clients and team members on-site and remotely

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and ready for work in rural settings

  • Comfortable camping out for extended periods (accommodation provided)

  • Confident using phones, computers, and spreadsheets

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Organised, adaptable, and able to think on your feet

  • Willing to get your hands dirty and contribute wherever needed

Preferred:

  • Experience with livestock or farming

  • Basic mechanical or fieldwork knowledge

  • Management or coordination experience
