    ON-SITE / TRANSIT and HOLDING FEE TERMS

    • ON-SITE FEE will be (payable) when Shearpower2ewe shearing teams are on-site to carry out workloads to designated allocated Confirmed Appointment.

    • TRANSIT FEE will be (payable) when Shearpower2ewe shearing teams are in transit to carry out workloads to designated Confirmed Appointment.

    • HOLDING FEE (maybe payable) when confirming appointments 20% deposit maybe requested to secure your appointments within 350 km North/South/West and Sydney regions.

    Note: Please ask staff at the time when Confirming your Appointments.


    1. ALL CLIENTS:

    • Payment for services rendered is due in full at the time of service or upon completion of the appointment or on receipt of the invoice.

    • Accepted payment methods include cash or bank transfer while on-site. Payment by transfer by using our unique mobile number as PayID or by BSB/ACC# at the time of invoicing.

    2. CREDITED CLIENTS ON ACCOUNTS:

    • Payment for services rendered is due within 7 to 30 days from the invoice date, as specified on the invoice. Payment must be received before the due date indicated on the invoice Or payment can be made in accordance to point (1) ALL CLIENTS:.

    3. PURCHASE ORDERS:

    • Government organizations, departments, and schools must provide a Purchase Order Number no later than 7 days before the appointment date.

    • Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date.

    • Each invoice must be paid in full separately, and the unique invoice number must be included in the payment details for each bank transaction.

    • Payment must be received before the due date indicated on the invoice Or payment can be made in accordance to point (1) ALL CLIENTS:.

    4. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS.

    • Overdue Account/Invoice exceeding by 3 days due date will be sent x (1) email subject line: (1st PAYMENT REMINDER NOTICE), 7 days after the (1st PAYMENT REMINDER NOTICE) a second emailed x (1) email subject line: 2nd PAYMENT REMINDER NOTICE the invoice will incur additional fees of $85 admin and 10% interest will commence daily whilst account/invoice remains unpaid


    **FINANCIAL HARDSHIP**

    Clients experiencing financial hardship or those unable to make the final payment by the due date should contact our staff to discuss available payment plan options. This request must be submitted in writing by the debtor and agreed to by the creditor.


    NOTICE REGARDING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

    Please be advised that all accounts with invoices or payments overdue by 40 days are subject to the following terms:

    CONSENT AND RESPONSIBILITY • By using our services (shearpwer2ewe), clients fully consent to and accept responsibility for all legal proceedings necessary for the recovery of overdue invoices or outstanding accounts.

    COSTS OF RECOVERY • Clients agree to pay all costs associated with the recovery process. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Legal fees

    • Court and filing fees

    • Downtime and other expenses incurred as a result of legal action.

    DURATION OF LIABILITY • Clients will remain liable for these costs until all outstanding amounts and associated recovery costs are paid in full.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS • By using our services or our websites, you acknowledge and accept all terms. The Site Coordinators are designated as the primary representatives responsible for conveying all business-related terms to third parties. This includes ensuring that all obligations, conditions, agreements, and other relevant information are fully communicated, with strict adherence to all terms and responsibilities.
